As an architectural decoration designer blogger, I am often asked how to use silicone molds to make classical floor tiles, decorative frames and "fu" porch decorative walls. Today, I will introduce to you the production process in detail, and I hope it will be helpful to you.
First, let's talk about how to make classical floor tiles. Choosing the right color and material is the key. We usually choose the colors and materials that match the overall style of the building to ensure that the floor tiles are coordinated with the surrounding environment. In making prototypes, we used extruder modeling techniques to create floor tiles with precise shapes and details. The prototype was placed in a silicone mold, and then an extruder was used to inject the silicone material into the mold to fill the gap between the mold and the prototype. Controlling the temperature and time is the key to curing the silicone, to ensure that the silicone is fully cured and flawless. Once the silicone is fully cured, we can remove the floor tiles from the mold and make the necessary finishes.
Next up is the production of the decorative frame. Choosing the right color and material is equally important. Using the extruder modeling technology, we can make a prototype of the decorative frame. The prototype was placed in a silicone mold and an extruder to inject the silicone material into the mold to ensure uniform filling. If you want to adjust the color of the decorative frame, you can add the color material during the silicone curing process. By adjusting the hardness composition in the silicone formulation, we can also get decorative frames with different hardness to meet different needs.
Finally, the production of the "fu" character porch decorative wall. The design stage is very important, we need to choose the right font and color, and design exquisite patterns. Then the required materials and tools are prepared according to the design requirements, including silicone molds, pigments, stirrers, etc. The method of making the silicone mold is similar to the manufacturing process of the floor tile and decorative frame mentioned above, but the attention should be paid to the precise production of the characters and the color collocation. When filling the silicone mold, you can add paint and adjust the color of the font as needed. After the silicone is fully cured, we can take out the decorative wall from the mold and show it to you to appreciate.
In short, as an architectural decoration designer blogger, I shared how to use silicone mold to make classical floor tiles, decorative frame and "fu" word porch decorative wall process, hope to help you if you have any questions or need more suggestions, please feel free to communicate with me.
